Doctor in Medicine and specialist in Cardiology at the University Medical School of Bologna (Italy). For about 13 years he has served as Director of Clinical Research of the Italian Operative Unit at Boheringer Ingelheim Italy. Permanent Member of the Boheringer Ingelheim International Cardiovascular Clinical Expert Group. In 1998 he took the position of Managing Director at Hyperphar Group Spa, (now Pierrel Research Italy Spa) a leading CRO on the Italian Market.  Member of the Board of Directors of Pierrel Spa. From December 2008 till January 2011 Chief Executive Officer of Pierrel spa. Currently Chairman and CEO of Pierrel Research International AG and CEO of Pierrel Research Europe GmbH.

More than 8 years experience in managing Clinical Research Unit and CRO. CEO of Pierrel Research Romania since 2003. Founded the first Phase I Unit in Romania in 2003. Awarded with national price for the best CRO in 2010. Since 2008 is also research consultant for the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Timisoara. CEO of Pierrel Research Hungary and Pierrel Research Slovakia since 2009. Member of Pierrel Research Executive Board since 2011.

Sumit Seth has been Pierrel Research Russia’s CEO since June 2011 and a member of the Executive Board since November 2011. He is responsible for Pierrel Research’s Russian and CIS operations and works out of Pierrel Research’s Russian offices in Saint Petersburg.
Sumit’s career in Clinical Research began in 2001 when he co-founded a CRO. In 2003, Sumit founded the Russian office of a mid-sized Swedish CRO.
Sumit holds a MD, General Physician degree from Metchnikov State Medical Academy, Saint Petersburg since 2000. He speaks fluent Russian, English, Hindi and several other regional Indian languages.

Virdjinija Veres is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, “Victor Babes”. She began her career as a Clinical Research Associate at IFE Romania SRL and subsequently became a Clinical Research Associate, Drug Manager and Project Manager for Serbia.
Beginning in 2008, Ms. Veres was appointed as the Country Manager for Pierrel Research’s Balkan branch (ex IFE Balkan –Serbia). In 2010, she began managing clinical trials in Croatia and Slovenia and subsequently became the Assistant General Manger for Pierrel Research’s branch office in Croatia.  Ms. Veres was appointed as the Country Manager for Pierrel Research Bulgaria in 2011 and is also a crucial member of Pierrel’s International Medical Team.

Elissa Fuller Datz is the CEO and General Counsel of Pierrel Research USA and a member of the Executive Board of Pierrel Research International.  She has served as the General Counsel of Pierrel Research USA since its formation in July 2009.  Elissa is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. and Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey.  
Elissa’s legal background has been focused on international law, importation of pharmaceuticals, licensing, trademarks, trade secrets, joint ventures and corporate governance.  She also has experience providing legal counsel to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies.
