
Maxime Stevens has been newly appointed as Chief BD Officer for PRINT. She is one of the three Chief Officers for the company and will be seated in Italy. In addition she is Chairman of three of the company Boards. In her role, she is responsible for setting vision, planning strategy and directing business growth operations for the company. Max has in excess of 25 years’ experience in executive leadership, developing Global BD and Operations groups for both US and European companies, including United States Surgical Corporation, Cynberonics Inc., and most recently SynteractHCR. She has impacted long-term growth, operational excellence, and the expansion of new geographic and channel opportunities for significant companies in the industry. Her extensive international experience, gained in MENA, Africa, Europe and the US, is a valuable asset for PRINT. In addition Max ran operations Southern Africa for World Health Organisation for seven years, and sat for four years on the FDA advisory and ethical board for Innovative medical Device approval.
Max was recently nominated as an Honoured Member of International WHO's WHO of Professionals as testament to professional, academic and civic achievements, and her spare time plays polo.

Alexander Gissler is operating an international consultancy firm specialized in providing state-of-the-art project management services for pharmaceutical R&D to international pharma companies and CROs.
After having joined the pharmaceutical industry as a CRA in 1992, he held various project management and senior management positions in different international site management and contract research organizations (BRI International, Quintiles, Intercern, Biomit, Medpace, PharmaProjekthaus) where he was responsible for project management departments as well as developing and managing the European operations.
Over the last years Alexander has been working successfully on rescue studies, consultancy and training projects, as well as coaching projects for project managers. The scope of the projects managed by his company is global (Americas, Western and Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific) and spans throughout all therapeutic areas (metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, neurology, aesthetics, etc).
Alexander is a project management professional (PMP) certified by both, the PMI and the APM.

Background
Sergio Locatelli has 12 years experience in Ernst & Young with specific experience in the following sectors: Food & Beverage (Ruffino Group, 7 years), Automotive, Retail, Power & Utilities, and Medical devices.
Sergio has a degree in Economics from the University of Brescia, and at the same university became support teacher to the Head Professor for three years, teaching the "Course of Auditing". He also had four months of international teaching experience at the University of Amsterdam, and later instructed the International programmes for "Methodology and Audit Techniques" within Ernst & Young.
For two years, from 2002 onwards Sergio was with Ernst & Young in Minneapolis, US where he worked with internationally listed clients. In addition he has extensive experience within complex Italian Listed Industrial Groups, including both the Cembre and Bolzoni Groups.
Sergio has both commendable and valuable experience in IAS/IFRS and US GAAP conversions; processing of Company listing and M&A, plus extensive knowledge of Italian GAAP, US GAAS, and IAS/IFRS.
In addition Sergio Locatelli is a respected member of several Corporate Governance Boards including the Metelli Group (Automotive), Brita Italia (Retail), Menzies Aviation (Ground Transportation) and Enerbio (Power and Utilities).
