SOP Management:

SOP Management is supported by our electronic, web-based SOP management system – PRECISE IQM SM. It is part of our Pierrel Research Electronic and Central Information Supply Environment (PRECISE).

Via PRECISE IQM SM all of our employees can easily access our centrally-managed SOPs and related documents from everywhere in the world.

The main tasks in the SOP Management field are:

  • Maintenance and improvement of our electronic, web-based SOP management system PRECISE IQM SM.
  • Distribution of access rights for PRECISE IQM SM to external users, upon request.
  • SOP preparation together with the experts in the ISU responsible for each particular SOP: i.e., reviewing SOPs prior to finalization.
  • Implementation of SOPs.
  • Documented periodical SOP review.
  • Review of employees’ requests for new SOPs or SOP updates.
  • Archiving of paper-based original SOPs.
  • Management of project-relevant Sponsor SOPs including central filing, maintenance and distribution to project team members upon request.
  • Review of project-related SOP listings that define for each project the process basis with our individual Sponsors.
