SOP Management is supported by our electronic, web-based SOP management system – PRECISE IQM SM. It is part of our Pierrel Research Electronic and Central Information Supply Environment (PRECISE).
Via PRECISE IQM SM all of our employees can easily access our centrally-managed SOPs and related documents from everywhere in the world.
The main tasks in the SOP Management field are:
- Maintenance and improvement of our electronic, web-based SOP management system PRECISE IQM SM.
- Distribution of access rights for PRECISE IQM SM to external users, upon request.
- SOP preparation together with the experts in the ISU responsible for each particular SOP: i.e., reviewing SOPs prior to finalization.
- Implementation of SOPs.
- Documented periodical SOP review.
- Review of employees’ requests for new SOPs or SOP updates.
- Archiving of paper-based original SOPs.
- Management of project-relevant Sponsor SOPs including central filing, maintenance and distribution to project team members upon request.
- Review of project-related SOP listings that define for each project the process basis with our individual Sponsors.
