Health economics has been a long-standing focus of attention at Pierrel Research. We closely cooperate with health care providers, pharmaceutical or medical device companies, and third-party payers, including health insurance funds and governmental institutions, to develop and introduce new concepts of health care. Previous health economic projects include:
- Commercial opportunity assessment and estimation of market potential, related to the therapeutic areas in R&D, and marketing & sales, as well as to specific projects
- Development of health economic documentation for procedures and products in the development, pre-marketing and marketing phase of their life cycle
- Support of pricing decisions by identifying acceptable price ranges for new products
- Economic comparison of alternative treatment modalities
- Economic evaluation of disease and case management concepts
- De novo generation of health economic data.
