HyperSite-ePRO, one of the HyperSuite®’s Modules has been developed to collect Patient Reported Outcomes (e.g. questionnaries) at site during clinical trial visits.
Each investigational site is provided with a Touch Screen Device (Smart Phone or Tablet), that via a Wi-Fi network or through a connect card get access to the study HyperSuite® eCRF section, containing the specific questionnaires to be administered to the that patient at that study visit.
The Patient ‘s Questionnaires will be immediately available on the Touch Screen Device in a clear and friendly format , and the patient could start answering to the different items by selecting the appropriate response and touching on it.

Once the Questionnaires has been completed , the patient saves it on the study database by pressing on the “submit” button.
Data are automatically sent and traced to the HyperSuite® Study Datase, and automatically validated in real time through predefined edit checks. At this time the device is ready for a new patient’s questionnaires.
